Advanced Patron Opportunities Now Available.
Indulge Your Passion for the Arts and be part of Washington’s most eclectic and creative fundraising event. Now in its 28th year, the WPA Art Auction has become one of the hottest tickets of the season, routinely selling out several weeks in advance. Secure your seat now to ensure that you have the opportunity to engage with more than 400 artists, collectors, business leaders and contemporaries. Your corporate or individual support will directly and immediately assist the WPA mission to promote emerging and established artists in the greater DC metropolitan region. Not to mention it’s a very fun evening!
For the second year in a row the event will be held at the Katzen Arts Center on the campus of the American University. This year WPA has been given access to the American University Museum providing a unique opportunity for the artwork to be showcased in a six week exhibition leading up to the auction. This extended exhibition timeline will allow for thousands of people to view the auction artwork providing extra exposure for not only the artists but also the event patrons and corporate sponsors. A not-to-miss event leading up to the Auction will be the Exhibition Preview & Curator Talks on Thursday, February 26.
